The Sailor Senshi have become merely folklore. Their deeds are the things of legend and myth believed by only those that wintessed them. Years have passed and Earth has lived in relative peace.

One day, a powerful crystal was discovered incased in a meteorite from an unknown origin in space. The crystal eminentated a fearsome yet magnificent power to destory and recreate worlds. It was discovered by a biotechnology group called PhaseTech and head of the group called the Director heard tales of the Senshi and knew of the crystal. The powerful Silver Crystal. He decided that he would create his own Senshi. A being born of the Silver Cyrstal itself.
He called it. 'Project Cyrs'
Project Cyrs, soon commenced but when they began to take apart the Crystal. It shot out an amazing beam of light. This light lasted for but a few seconds and then disappeared, have seemed to do no harm or good. Or so they thought. What they didn't know what that this light was a beacon. A warning to the Celestial Guides that the world was in need of it's Soldiers. While the Original Senshi were long gone, They've been reincarnated into very different people.

Now, While the Senshi were akawening, something else awakened as well. Project Cyrs was a success however, he soon became self-sufficient and self-aware. He found that he was a God amoungst Men. So, he began raising Youma. Demonic creatures that torment the human world while with the Director's help decided he'd surface as a hero.
