Shinu sighed gently after he finished his tea. He looked at his guardian character that was drinking his tea and reading a tiny-sized book he had from who knew where. Shinu took a deep breath. "Sasete, let's go get some fresh air. It's getting a bit cramped in here" he said and stood up. "Where should we go, Shinu?" the little guy asked and floated u next to Shinu's head looking into his eyes. Shinu looked at Sasete and smiled gently. "The roof. I'm still on call, so I'd rather not leav the building right now and on the roof we won't bother anyone's work" He said and started walking with Sasete following him. He opened the door to the roof and let Sasete get through first before he went through himself. "Shinu... Are you very mad at me? I just want to see you happy and so well.... I don't like Easter.... They do bad things" the little guy said and looked down. "I know you don't want me to worry, but I do... You're my important master and I want to see you smile" he said and looked at Shinu. Shinu smiled gently and patted his Guardian character. "I know, Sasete, but right now it's better if we stay here. I don't like it either, but right now I don't have a choice" he said and sat down. "Now, let's talk about something else" he said and looked at him guardian character.

Mitsuki was flying above the city to see if there were any good places to play. The streets were low on people so places were very limited. She sighs, "Oh well." The only place left for work was Easter, luckily she was close by. Flying toward the building she spotted a guy on the roof with a chara.
The charas she had spotted in him as well and they both smiled. "Mitsuki-chan can we go see that chara over there!?" Tsubasa asked. Mitsuki was about to reject until Kuro added her own comment. "We haven't talked in anyone in awhile so..." She sighs, "Alright." Her wings spread out and begin to flap gently. When her shoes touch the ground behind him,, the wings disappeared. Mitsuki looked at the charas to make the first move. They both understood quickly and flew toward the man's chara. "Hi hi!" The winged chara greeted. Mitsuki watched quietly not sure what to say to the guy.

Shinu turned around when he heard a voice greeting. He eyed 2 guardian characters coming towards him and a girl that looked rather shy. He sighed and looked to Sasete with a look that would make even the bravest of men curl up in fear. He walked towards the girl looking deeply at her without saying a word as he was in deep thought. "Hello" he said to the 3 strangers as he finally stopped. "Dare I ask how you got up here? This is a pretty high building. Perhas..." he tilted his head gently. "With a chara-change?" he asked and smiled. "I'm Shinu" he said and reached his hand out to greet. "And this is Sasete" the small male guardian character came forth carrying a tea-pot. "Would anyone like some tea?" he asked and gave a cute smile. Shinu looked at the 3. "So... Who are you?"

Mitsuki was a bit surprised when the guy begin to talk "Dare I ask how you got up here? This is a pretty high building. Perhaps..." Then he tilted his head. "A chara change?" Before she can reply, Kuro and Tsubasa answered. "Correct~" Mitsuki flicked the two gently, they stuck their tongue out at her. She sighs but smiles a little. "I'm Shinu And this is Sasete So... Who are you?"
Mitsuki looked at him again and question herself if she should reply. "Hm.. I'm Mitsuki Tsukiyomi.. this is Tsubasa and Kuro." The two charas waved at the two. The chara named Sasete floated forward and asked, "Would anyone like some tea?" Tsubasa and Kuro went forward toward him nodding. Mitsuki asked "Why are you up here..?"

Raiden looked suspiciously at Yuuki's second guardian character, Chou. His assumption had been correct. She was powerful enough to wield two guardian characters. Raiden was in over his head, and he needed to find a way out. If he could get away from her, maybe he could follow her without her knowing and see what she was really capable of.

Monster, oblivious to Raiden's plan, cocked his head to the side in confusion as Yuuki burst out laughing.

"Raiden," Monster tugged at the young man's ear, "what is she doing?"

Raiden raised an eyebrow at the small creature, "She's laughing, Monster."

"Well, how come you don't do that?"

Raiden crossed his arms, "Because I don't have time for such frivolous things."

"Ohhh," the shugo chara smiled, "Just like how you said kindness is a result of weakness!"

Raiden nodded, "Exactly."

Monster looked at him with a dull look.

"No wonder I'm the only friend you have," the creature sighed.

"How did you two meet? I mean what was Monster born from?" she asked. "If it's okay I ask of course... You don't have to tell me, if you don't want to!"

"An egg," Raiden replied bluntly with disinterest, "Actually, Monster and I have to go somewhere right now. It was nice meeting you, uh, Yui."

After having pretended to forget Yuuki's name, Raiden turned away and gestured for Monster to follow. They needed to get out of sight so that they could follow her in stealth.

"An egg"
Yuuki looked down at the reply and just nodded when Raideen declared that he and Monster had to leave. She had obviously made a comlete fool of herself again and now she wouldn't have the chance to fix it. She sighed after Raideen had gone having missed he mispronounced her name and looked to her 2 guardian characters. Chou was trying to comfort Yuuki by hugging her shoulder and Kirari had landed on Yuuki's other shoulder and was patting it. "That was pretty strange" she said and nodded to herself. "I, Kirari the Magnificent, will investigate it" her tiny stomach growled. "After lunch... Yuuki" Kirari poked Yuuki's cheek. "Can we go back now? I'm hungry..." Kirari pouted and tried to act cute, which was useless whenever Chou was around as Chou was naturally cute. Yuuki smiled gently. "Okay okay, let's go back" she said and started walking towads her home where she would hopefully e able to rest for a little bit and maybe play some games.

Shinu looked to the girl and sighed. "I work here and I just needed some fresh air" he said and sat down. He gestured for Mitsuki to sit down opposite of him and sighed. "I think I'm in a better position to ask what you are doing up here. It's rare soemone with Guardian characters come here by their own power" he said and looked at Mitsuki. Sasete served up some tea for the guardian characters and sighed gently as he once in a while looked up at Shinu. "So, Miss Tsukiyomi, please tell me what you are doing here" he said. "I'm curious about that."

"Hm..good enough reason.." She noticed the gesture he was making and sat down as well. "I think I'm in a better position to ask what you are doing up here. It's rare soemone with Guardian characters come here by their own power" She blinked and peeked at Shinu before looking away. "So, Miss Tsukiyomi, please tell me what you are doing here" he said. "I'm curious about that."
It took a few silent moments for her to reply but when she did she said it quietly. "Well i work here..sometimes when i need to..and right now i need some work.." Mitsuki sighed and adjusted the violin strap, how wierd she sounded, but again she had her reasons. "but i dont want to be here as well..so i just flew here.." Mitsuki's charas came to her side and sat down on her head looking down at her. Mitsuki sighed looking out. "It is so depressing.." She thought.

"I hope I can see you again Nashi" Maho said with a blushed smile. Nashi nodded, deep in thought. Why did this girl influence him to act differently than he normally would? Influence. The mere sound of the word practically made him hiss. Nashi had never wanted anybody to influence him. He had always wanted to be himself; unattainable, wicked, and poisonous. And now there was somebody who made him blush. Blush. And who knows about Kesshite's little side effect and Tsuneni. Yikes. In Nashi's world, that kind of knowledge... was dangerous. Too dangerous, in fact, to let it run around with a too cute girl. A too cute girl who made Nashi blush. Yes, very dangerous indeed. What Nashi needed was some way to make sure his secrets would stay safe; a guarantee. Now, Maho seemed like that type that wouldn't go around willy nilly telling random people about her information, but she seemed... too weak to keep it away from anybody who came after it. So that left Nashi with roughly two options. Option number one was to make sure she was in no state to tell anybody anything. Nashi didn't want to make a scene on his first day here, though.... Option number two was to make sure nobody came after her for the information. It wasn't like he could run around Easter with her picture saying that people couldn't come after her. That would be like placing a target on her head. So that left....

Nashi screwed up his face. If he was picking, he might as well stick with it. Oh jeez, I'm going to cause uncountable problems with this one question.... but at least it'll keep things interesting. And get revenge on Kesshite for screwing with his head. He took a deep breath. "Wait. We still have that date don't we?" Go on, say it. Ask her. And surprised himself by blurting out the truth.

"Maho. I... I'm a dangerous guy. I am not a nice person. I live in a world of political intrigue, and have plenty of enemies for good reasons. I may be making a big deal about all this, but I cannot trust you with this kind of information. So I can either make sure you never talk to anybody, ever, or I can keep people who would come after you away. It's your choice." Nashi had a hard glint in his eyes. He held out his hand. Nashi had to admit this was terribly exciting. Imagine, protecting a girl from all his enemies.... And that christmas feeling came back. Oh, how interesting! Then a feeling stabbed him in the gut. If... if she chose to come with him, she would probably learn more secrets.... And if that happened, she might even have to live with him.... Suddenly Nashi wasn't feeling all that excited anymore. This was very, very serious. Because he made it that way.

“Yamiko, don’t say yes, please, don’t listen to your brother!” Hoshi says popping out of Yamiko’s purse.

“She’s right Yamiko. Easter is planning something, we can feel it.” Wakumi says following Hoshi out of the purse.

“That’s enough Hoshi, Wakumi. A gig is a gig. We could use some promotion and some extra cash if we are going to become a real band.” but Yamiko knows that Easter will use them in some way, but doesn’t know how.

“But Yamiko they might turn me and Hoshi into X’s eggs. WE’LL MISS YOU SO MUCH!”

“Stop crying Wakumi, I’m sure that Yamiko knows that, and that’s why she’ll say no.” Hoshi tries to reassure Wakumi.

“But Kazuhiro, Kazuki, and Zeke don’t have Shugo Charas as far as I know. What will they think when I told them that I turned down our first gig when MY Shugo Charas tell me not to!”

“That true, but can’t you just not tell them that they offered.”

“Hoshi, Yamiko can’t just lie to her friends. She needs to tell them the truth.”

“Wait Wakumi, do I have to. I think Hoshi is right, rather have them not know then telling them I said no.” Yamiko had to say no but saying yes could help her figure out what Easter is plotting.

“Hoshi now Yamiko is being a bad friend!”

“Either way Yamiko is being a bad friend whatever choice she makes. IT DOESN’T MATTER! ... oops sorry Yamiko.” Hoshi says acting embarrassed.

“Look what you did now Hoshi, you made Yamiko feel bad.”

“Wakumi, Hoshi fighting won’t solve anything. I’ll say yes, but only to help the band and find out what Easter is doing and warn the other guardians.”

"Wait. We still have that date don't we?" Nashi said. Maho started to blush again."ohhhhhh!" Hana said nudging her in the elbow.

Maho then gave Hana a sorrowful look and Hana shut her mouth ."We're not done talking about this", Hana said with a mad look."Nashi you are the first nice person I have talked to my entire life and I hope we can be could become friends, but Hana is right I've only known you for 10 minutes I barely know anything about you" maho said with such a sad feeling that she felt she was about to cry. Hana then looked over her shoulder to see a tear drop coming out of her eye "Maho" Hana said in a sorry voice." You aren't a dangerous guy Nashi in fact quiet the opposite" Maho said whipping a tear from her eye. Then the bell rang which meant the end of lunch time." Well I better get to class, come on Hana, I hope I see you in class, Maho said with a sad smile." You go head Maho I'll be there in a sec" Hana said in a cheerful voice trying to lift Maho's spirit. Maho then entered the school building. Hana then turned around to face Nashi "listen, and listen good you just made my kid cry and that is something I will not stand for", Hana said in a motherly tone."I know you work for Easter I noticed the second I saw that big black X on Tsuneni's egg." I won't tell Maho, especially right now."But" Hana turned to Kesshite" If you ever pull a stunt like that again with that character change I will tell the guardians that you're hear from Easter it will not be pretty" Maho said in a serious tone.Hana took a big sigh " You better get to class, you're gonna be late" Hana said in a softer tone. Hana then floated up to the classroom window on the second floor.

"Hold up buddy, you've only known her for 10 minutes I've known her since she was 8 years old and I know she would never agree to anything a complete stranger told her to do and another thing-" Kesshite hissed, and Nashi raised an eyebrow. He could smell a, dare he say it? Rejection. Maho then gave Hana a sorrowful look and Hana shut her mouth, and Nashi felt a little... remorse? Hmm. Funny. That one didn't come up very often.

"We're not done talking about this", Hana said with a mad look. Kesshite cackled. He, too, could tell a rejection coming on. Ohh, were they in for it.

"Nashi you are the first nice person I have talked to my entire life and I hope we can be could become friends, but Hana is right I've only known you for 10 minutes I barely know anything about you" Nashi's breath caught in his throat. Nice? Nice!? He was about to do something very not nice when he noticed a tear start to roll slowly down Maho's cheek.

"You aren't a dangerous guy Nashi in fact quiet the opposite." Maho said whipping a tear from her eye. Nashi felt relieved. What was he gonna do? Wipe it off for her?

"Listen, and listen good you just made my kid cry and that is something I will not stand for", Hana said in a motherly tone."I know you work for Easter I noticed the second I saw that big black X on Tsuneni's egg." Kesshite gasp, rolling backwards through the air. He was so sure she was an idiot.... Nashi frowned. Oh great. Yet another secret she knows. Just perfect.

"I won't tell Maho, especially right now."But" Hana turned to Kesshite "If you ever pull a stunt like that again with that character change I will tell the guardians that you're here from Easter it will not be pretty."

Kesshite sighed when Hana finally left. He turned to Nashi. "Was that a rejection?" Nashi smiled his lopsided smile. "I think so. You know what that means, don't you Kesshite?" Kesshite grinned back. "Oh yea I do."

Nashi pulled a bunch of papers and a pen out of his coat, sat down against the school wall and began signing them. "I wasn't intending to finish my senior year, considering I have a job and all, but for Maho I think I'll make an exception. She says she knows nothing about me, but if you compare her to others she knows far more than I would like. But if that's really the case, I think I'll get to know her in return. We'll become best friends, and then I'll ask her again. If she says no, I'll kidnap her or something because Easter's gonna notice me hanging around this school, or more specifically Maho, and that will paint a target on her lovely brown curls. Then she'll need me to protect her."

Nashi looked up from his work as Tsuneni floated upwards. "Nashi. Your plan is going to fail. I can tell, Maho is a very delicate girl. You're the one that will end up needing her." Kesshit scoffed, and roundhouse kicked Tsuneni out of the air. "Psh. Nashi, dun listen to him." Nashi frowned and got back to signing. Why did he have to fill out so much stuff just to go to a stupid school? It was so unfair. Finally he got up with ink-stained fingers and completed school registration.

"Here we are! Now the my lady knows so much about me, I can finally act myself!" Nashi grabbed Tsuneni and stuffed him in his pocket. "Now you be quiet. i don't need anybody else knowing abut you." Then Nashi snatched Kesshite out of the air. "And you. If you pull another stunt like that again I will disinherit you. Got it?" When the chara nodded weakly Nashi let him go. "Okay then!"

He made his way to the main office, where the secretary looked up. "Can I help you?" Nashi grinned. "I'm here as a potential new student. My name is Nashi Kireme." He handed her his registration. "I would like to check out the school before I hand in my record and all that other stuff." He laughed rubbing the back of his head. "Is that okay...?" The secretary smiled warmly. "Of course dear. You must be so nervous, coming to a new school!" She shuffled through the papers a bit before nodding. "All this seems well. Take a visitors sticker before you leave, and be sure not to interrupt the classes."

Nashi's grin grew wider. It was so easy! There was practically no security at this school! "Well I was wondering if I could come back after school's out, so that I can check out the classrooms and such. This place seems nice, so I'll bring my records with me." The lady nodded again. "That sounds like a good plan. Tell me, do you know anybody at this school?" Nashi paused before answering, already on his way out with a visitor's sticker in his pocket. "Actually, I do know someone. Her name is Maho. Well i have to go, see ya!" Nashi walked out the door, but sprinted away from the school. Once he got out, he laughed loudly. "Well I guess we better find something to do while we wait!"

Yamiko arrives at her grandparent’s still thinking what she should do. ‘I could be like a double agent from those spy movies’ she says in her head.

*sigh* She says walking though the door.

“What is it Yamiko.” Her grandma asks.

“nothing…” she trails off.

“Are you sure?”

“YEAH… stop interfering in my life!”

“Ok…Shoichi is waiting for you in his office. He seems kind of anxious to talk to you.”

“Wait WHAT… Shoichi is actually home for once. That’s strange for Shoichi he’s never home.” I say in a mocking voice.

“Well yes, but he has a reason not to be here.”

“Ok I’ll talk to him.” It’s so annoying, when I think that I can live on my own for once moving out of grandma’s house, she always has to come and visit. I
can make choices for my own I don’t help. Yamiko walks up the stairs to her room and lies on her bed.

“Yamikooooo!” Wakumi says.

“What is it, can’t you see I’m busy.”I cover my face with my pillow hoping they’ll go away.

“Yamikooooo!” Hoshi soon say.

“What!”

“What are you going to do; the matter won’t solve its self.” Hoshi says.

“She’s right we need to tell your brother no.” Wakumi says making her puppy dog face trying to make me listen to her. Yamiko moves the pillow off her face and looks upwards, lost in thought.

“Yamiko, we need to decide what we are going to do!” Hoshi yells.

“The topic has tried me out. I’m going to sleep.” I turn over pulling my blanket up as Wakumi and Hoshi try to pull it down.

“Yamikooo!” Wakumi and Hoshi say in sync.

“GOODNIGHT!” I shot of my lamp and go to sleep.

“If Yamiko keeps doing this she’ll never decide.” Hoshi says.

“I’m sure Yamiko knows what to do.” Wakumi says trying to make a smile.

Later that day

“YAMIKO, YAMIKO WAKE UP!”

“What is it?” I say half-asleep.

“Your phone.”

“Wha…” I look over to my desk and see the phone vibrating.

“Ohh no…” I run over tripping on my covers. I pick up my phone realizing it was Kazuhiro.

“Yes!” I say loudly mumbling on every letter.

“umm… Yamiko?” Kazuhiro says sounding confused.

“Yes.” I reply.


“Hey, umm… Zeke is getting annoyed and we’re all waiting for you.”

“Omagod. I totally forgot. I’ll be there in a few bye.” He says bye in return and I click off.

I hurry to fix my clothes and hair and grab my bag and rush out my room and out the door.
