You are one of 1500 people(initually) that has just been commissioned into a massive spaceship referred to as the 'Helix' warship when a disaster just after the the spaceship was launched happened, causing it to find itself in a completely different dimension full of ruthless aliens and many spacefaring empires. Not knowing how you got here, let alone if there is a way to return back to the old dimension, the spaceship is outfitted with advanced state-of the art technologies based on the old dimension. it has just about everything it could possibly have - with the exception of a means to return back to the old dimension, let alone potentially survive in this dimension.

The Sections:

Cockpit - The command nexus for the spaceship. Its vital for navigation and management. Control over this place is vital to operate the spaceship
Habitation - Room for 2300 crewmates. Living quarters are scaled to the ranking of the staff, designed not for comfort, but for quality.
Engineering - If the engines fail, it will explode, and kill us all. RP OVER! Dont let that happen.... it also manufactures powerful goods...
Biosphere - Food to supply a full compliment of 2300 recruits. There are plenty of different plants, animals, and other forms of nutrition here. Ethenol is also available in the biosphere sections...
Weaponry - The spaceship has Twin lazer cannons, 5 railguns, and 2 misssle bays. Initual composition is about 600 plasma and photon torpedos in the missle storage units.
Hangars - There are 35 Fighters, 20 Transports(able to mine asteroids and submerge), 50 systems probes(grants comms and info), 35 defense probes, and 5 special probles.
Medical - The medical faculities have the very latest in rejuvination abilities, and is able to heal even the most grevious of wounds, along with curing most forms of diseases.
Sanitation- The sanitation system is a very advanced recycling system that can purify and salvage many things. However, most forces in this section need a biohazard suit due to the situation involved.
Security - The security section is the backbone for communications and management. In it are the weapons lockers along with much of the advanced electronic safety devices.
Research - There is a small research section for those who want to research features in this dimension. On entry into this dimension, this place has been becoming important lately...
Dining - There are many areas where the crew head to in order to eat. The dining area is also a good place to interact with other crewmates as well.
REC Halls - Good for fitness and leisure times, the rec halls were vital for the sanity of the taskforce aboard the capitol spaceship. There is even a library!....
Warehouses - There is about 6,000 metric tons of goods in the warehouses presently. It can hold 10,000 tons, however.

Player Config:

You must choose 1 major and 2 minor job classes. These assetts begin on LV1, and indicate how well trained you are. I will decide when you level up...
You get to choose your strengths and weaknesses, but know that beyond the first 2 freebies, all strengths must be accompanied by weaknesses equal in strength to them.

Starting Location: We begin in an asteroid field, on the edge of it. Trying to re-enter the portal, it vanished, leaving us in a predicament to return. But will we ever return to the old dimension?
