"We're nearly there," said Michael to the back of the large van that went back four rows. He noticed that the group was getting restless back there, and obviously wanted to get out of the car and move around. So did he. "We're at the end of this side of the lake though, so it'll be four or five miles more." He could see some of his old neighbors down here that he, his brother and parents would sometimes talk to or go out on the boats together. He had so many memories here. Memories that didn't happen anymore. Since about three years before he left for college, his parents began to work more, and they weren't home as often. Even if they went to the lake house, his parents didn't have as much fun as they used to. Hopefully Michael would make new memories with his best friends this year.
After about five minutes, he reached his family's cabin and pulled into the driveway. He parked the car in front of the garage instead of pulling it in the garage, because he didn't have an opener. The spare one was in the house, and the other was with his parents at their home. "We're here!" He opened his door and jumped out, stretched and then went to the back to open the trunk to get their stuff. He opened it up, knowing that all their bags would fall out, since they had been packed to the ceiling, barely giving Michael room to see through the rear view mirror. He dug out his bags, and went to the front door, opened it up and walked in to the large hallway, with the living room to the left, along with the kitchen, and the den to the right. "Ok, there are single bedrooms, a dorm room with six beds, and then the master," said Michael. He looked around for Stella and Ryan. "I'll give you guys the master, I obviously get one of the single rooms, and then you guys can fight over the second single room."

When they finally got in front of the cabin, she went in the back of the car with everyone else trying to figure out where her suitcase was. It was darn hard to tell, the big wall of bags that were clogging the car looked intimidating. She grabbed one of them and pulled hard until it all fell down on the ground; she smiled and laughed it off excusing herself for being clumsy.
"Umm, I don't care much about the room I get, I'll just share the one with six beds. βShe pocked Michael in the back , entering the house with three bags hanging off her.
"Wow, this place looks nice!" she ran into the living room on the left and jumped on the big comfy couch.
It was all covered with warm blankets that were very colorful, so much better than sitting in the back of the van. Aiko stretched like a cat on it and then got up, back outside to help with all the baggage. While sitting near the car, her attention turned towards something glittering in the sun, the lake. She felt a rush of energy taking over her; she dropped whatever she had in hand and started running towards the water.
"WOOOOOOOOHOOOO!"she was throwing off her clothes , now all she had on was her pink panties with white dots and a white bra.
It felt refreshing and cold, now the nausea was completely gone.

"We should all go skinny dipping later, when it's dark." She suggested smiling. It was warm enough outside for it, and a dip in the water at night always gave her a thrill. She loved being around her friends and away from all the burdens of town and home. She needed an escape too every once in a while. She turned around and spun in a circle a few times, enjoying the feeling of her skirt forming a cloud of colors around her hips. She slid her heels off and held them in one hand, walking towards the dock and sitting down on the edge, dipping her small feet into the warm water. Yup, it would be the perfect temperature by tonight, she thought. Cool enough to give you goosebumps, but not freezing your toes off either.
She then climbed back down the start of the dock and walked off, up to the shore and let her feet glide over the rough rocks. She wobbled slightly but managed to keep her balance, heels in one hand. She walked into the water until the bottom hems of her dress soaked up the salty water and she smiled big, the wind pushing a soft and smooth wind along. Enough to blow her long brown hair over her shoulders, and her dress to form a rippling array of colors behind her. She threw her head back and laughed, throwing her hands in the air and letting out a loud woo of excitement. Her summer fun had just begun.

"I'll give you guys the master,β Michael said to Stella and Ryan, the engaged couple. βI obviously get one of the single rooms, and then you guys can fight over the second single room.β
Cody was about to announce that he would have preferred the other single room, since he wasnβt really much for socialising, but he was beaten to the punch by a girl called Stacy, who grabbed her bags and disappeared in a blur towards the house. He gave a non committal shrug. After all, sharing a room with a bunch of pretty cute girls wouldnβt be the worst thing in the world.
He grabbed his rucksack from amongst the jumbled pile of bags (he liked to travel lightly) and strolled towards the colossal cabin that probably could have fit his house into one of its rooms.
After trying many doors, he finally discovered which one led to the door room and chose the bed that was furthest away from the door. He deposited his things on the bottom bunk (he had a thing about heights, even small ones) and pulled out his book so that he could become lost within its pages for a few more minutes.

I heard Michael's statement on th rooms, and Stacy claiming the second single room. I shrugged; it didn't matter to me where I slept, as long as I got to sleep.... But watching Aiko run through the house, flop down on the couch and then run outside throwing her clothes off (with a light flush, I might add) and hearing Stacy's comment about skinny dipping later... I could guess that we weren't planning on doing much sleeping. Those were definitely two girls that didn't need alcohol to have a good time.... It made me smile as I made my way up to the dorm room and dropped my bags at a bed near the window. It was going to be an interesting summer.
I made my way outside, after that, standing a few feet from the water's edge with a small smile as I sheilded my eyes from the sun. I watched Aiko and Stacy in the water and pulled out my smaller camera to take a quick picture while my presence was still unknown; but as soon as I got one I liked, I was grinning. "Oh yeah. This is definitely going on Facebook."

When they got to the house, Stella was amazed. Completely worth the wait.
"Ryan wake up! We're here!" She said as she tried to shake him awake. Nothing, not even a mumble.
"Come on!" she tried shaking him harder, but ended up with the same results. With a smirk on her face she punched him in the ribs.
He woke with a startled jump and saw her smiling at him. "Mourning Sunshine." she said and pecked his cheek. She pulled him out of the van, they both stretched.
Micheal turned to them. "I'll give you guys the master." Stella smiled at him. "Thanks Chicco." she said. Chicco had become the unwanted nickname that Stella had given Micheal.
The couple turned to the back of the van where they got their stuff. That means Ryan gets everything, while Stella holds her purse. "God what did you pack in here!" Ryan asked her.
Stella looked at him. "Please, the heaviest thing I packed was a bible!" She recieved a strange look from Ryan. "Really? Beacuse it feels like you stuffed Jesus in here!"
*********************************************************************************
As they made their way into the house, Stella was like, "Damn! Who knew Chicco was this ritch!?"
They headed to their room, where Kate made her claim and throw her bag in.
Stella smiled and walked up to her. "Ummm... Sorry Cupcake (another unwanted nickname) but Micheal gave us this room, soooo..." While she said this, Stella was using her famous Valley Girl/Prep accent,
pretending to be rude, when in reality Stella would never treat a friend like that. Ryan quietly set the bags down when Stella wasn't looking and walked to the lake.
Wow. He thought. This is really nice. He saw Aiko jump in and heard Stacey make the skinny dipping comment.
Yes this was going to be a very interesting...

"Aiko! Think fast!" Ema giggled after she rose back to the surface, splashing Aiko a bit with water. She felt weird, like someone was watching her and she looked around, but coul only see her friends. Shrugging she carried on.

He set his bags on the bed, happy that nobody took it already. Otherwise he might have had to kick them out. He didn't want to be mean, but when it came to his room, it was just weird if someone else was in it. It used to make him angry when his grandparents or uncles and aunts would take the room. But, he had to deal with it. He saw a few of the girls heading down to the lake, one of them hadn't even taken the time to change into her bathing suit. Just her underwear, but Michael didn't have any complaints. Michael shut the door to his room and quickly changed into his bathing suit, eager to jump into the lake.
Once Michael had finished changing, he ran outside and down the hill to the dock. "Hello ladies!" he yelled, as he jumped into the lake in a cannonball position, covering the two girls in the water's heads completely, and hitting Stacy a little who was sitting on the dock. He kicked around the dock, smiling, now that he was back in the lake, feeling like a kid again. When he was done he began to tred water and looked across the lake. He noticed a new house had been built since he had been here last which was five years ago. "Huh, that's new." The house was fairly small, compared to the other house surrouding the lake. It was heavily covered in trees, except small parts of the cabin. "We should head over there later and say hi."

"You better watch out, Michael!" Stacy yelled before she slid her dress off and exposed her monokini which she already had put on under her dress. She ran off the dock and jumped on Michaels back, pushing his head in the water and laughing. She looked around at the lake and the house and everything was so beautiful, but something still felt off about it. She just couldn't put her finger on it. She realized she still had Michaels head smashed underwater, and she quickly moved off him.
"Now do you see what happens when you mess with me?" She asked breathless and smiling big. She dove underwater and was welcomed with the warm and salty waters, twirling in circles underwater before she came back up and tossed her long, brown, wet hair from her face. She placed her arms on the dock and felt around for her sunglasses, but then remembered that they were in her summer bag in her room. She pushed herself on the deck and stood up, walking towards the house. "Be right back, I have to get my sunglasses!" She yelled behind her, running into the house. She almost slipped and fell when she ran in, but she quickly caught her balance. She went to her room and dug through her bag before finding her cheapest pair of glasses, her Chanel ones. She was into designer stuff, but she wasn't what someone would call a material girl. She had the stuff, but she didn't need it. She was walking back out when she saw the front door was open. She frowned slightly in confusion; she remembered closing it completely. Maybe she hadn't. She shrugged and tried to ignore the weird feelings she was getting, and walked back to everyone outside. Stacy placed her glasses on the top of her head, and looked around at her friends.
"Did anyone go inside?" She asked then climbed back in the water. Oh well, don't worry about it. You probably didn't shut it all the way, and the wind probably blew it open. She thought to calm herself. It helped.

As she walked past the front door she noticed that is was now closed, she remembered it being open earlier, 'Maybe someone came inside,' she thought as she headed outside and towards the dock. Seeing everyone in the water she smiled, "Please tell me its not cold," she said sitting down on the edge of the dock, letting her feet dangle in the water, she looked across the lake to the house that sat among the trees. "How much you think it costs to build a place up here?" she asked.

The water was very refreshing and woke him up from the slight fatigue from the drive. He slightly splashed everyone close to and in the water.
Stacey came back from inside with her sunglasses. "Did anyone go inside?" she asked getting into the water.
That was strange. Maybe it was Stella? But she was still inside.
His thoughts were interupted by a screaming Stella who jumped into the water, barley missing Ryan.
The splash, however, was spot on. It seemed the only person hit by it was Ryan. As he tried to shake the water out of his ears, Stella swam around him.
She looked him up and down. "Someone was to lazy to go put on their bathing suit." she taunted. Stella swam towards him and kissed him, but pulled away before Ryan was ready.
She swam away from him with a smirk. "Your such a tease." Ryan said with a smile. She glanced at him over her shoulder. "Psh, Baby, I know."
Stella looked at the small house surrounded by trees. "Yikes. It gives me the creeps." She grabbbed the little gold crussifix around her neck.
She never took it off, ever since that day. This little cross had a history. Her grandmother had it blessed in Italy, before she came to the states.
Stella was caught off guard by Ryan snaking his arms around her waist. "Yeah." he looked over at Micheal.
"Aye Micheal?" Ryan asked. "How likley is it that there's a hockey mask wearing serial killer living in that house?"

As he leant over to pack his book into his rucksack, he caught a blur of movement from the corner of his eye. He snapped his head up in surprise... he was sure all his friends were outside by the lakeside.
βHello?β He called out, sticking his head around the corner of the door and into the corridor where he was sure someone had just walked. He neither saw nor heard anything, but an unexplained chill began to creep up his spine. Shaking it off, he made his way outside to join everyone. He arrived just to catch Ryanβs question to Michael of masked serial killers and frowned.
βWhy do you say that?β He asked Ryan uneasily.

I turned to look back at the house across the lake once more, just to be sure. It looked pretty dormant to me, but who was to say, really? Anyway, it was just a house, and houses were built all the time. Except that this one must have cost a fortune, there was nothing special about it being built directly across the lake from Micheal's summer home. And yet, I couldn't shake the unsettled feeling. Time to lighten up the subject. "We didn't forget the alcohol, did we? I wasn't paying attention when we left."
Setting

He heard Aschlinn ask if they got the alcohol. "Ya, I brought the beer, plus I can break into my parents' liquor cabinet. It's not like they ever come down here." Michael leaned back and smiled. He loved the weather down here. He stood up and walked inside and noticed the front door open right when he walked in. "Who left the door open!" He walked torwards it, shaking his head. "We don't want raccoons living in here with us!" He slammed the door shut, making his jump when it shut. He had forgotten that the door was so heavy compared to most, so it made a loud noise.
Once he had locked the door, he walked upstairs to his bedroom and to his pants that had his cell phone. He shook the pants, and checked each pocket but couldn't find it. He could have sworn it was in his pants. He searched the room quickly and then went out to the kitchen and looked but it wasn't there. He went outside and yelled to the others out in the lake, "Hey! Did any of you move my phone?!"
((Ok, I have an idea for our first issue or whatever. We could go over and visit the people's house, figure out they're creeps and then on our way back, we run into the water patrol, saying theres been some dissapearances and stuff. Good idea?))
Setting

Stacy climbed on the deck once more and walked over to Michael. She heard him ask about his cell phone, and she was getting really creeped out. It was only her first day here, and she already felt uncomfortable. She decided to lighten the mood with a joke. She poked him the stomach and smiled.
"Yeah, I took a couple nude pics with it, hope you don't mind." She teased laughing. It made her feel lighter and hoped it calmed Michael down. But honestly, she had no idea where it was. She didn't say this though, because everyone was already freaked out enough.
"Guys, the wind probably just is messing with us. The door is probably just blowing open." Stacy said calmly. But inside she was shaking. She was really freaked out. That door was too heavy for the wind to just be blowing open and closed. And for things to go missing? It didn't add up. Everyone was outside, she knew that for sure. So why did the door keep opening like someone was coming in? She chewed on her bottom lip a little and then looked at Michael, stepping closer to him so no one would hear what she was about to say.
"You don't think there really is anyone in the house, do you? That they're just blowing it out of proportion?" She asked quietly, her light eyes baring into his and searching for an answer. She needed some kind of conformation. After all, Michael had been here the most. It was his family's lot. He would know if there had been anything weird going on.
Setting

Stacy leaned in torwards Michael and whispered in his ear, "You don't think there really is anyone in the house, do you? That they're just blowing it out of proportion?" She looked a little worried, and Michael was sad that everyone was already creeped out. This was supposed to be a fun vacation of hanging out at the lake.
"I don't think it was anything. Someone, easily could have just left the door open when they came inside," said Michael. He was usually the most creeped out by these small things, but the door being left open was an easily excused issue. "Everything's fine guys," said Michael to everyone. "Nothing bad happens here, the people are great, and the water patrol are always watching out for us. Trust me guys." Michael turned to go back inside. "Let's eat dinner, and then we can go out on the boat."
They had all finished dinner now, and were laying out on the deck, talking. The sun was almost set, and it was about 7:00 pm. "You guys ready to go out on the boat?" he asked, standing up and looking at the lake from the deck. It was beautiful down here, with the almost unnaturally green trees, and the orange sky behind it, reflecting on the lake. He could see smoke coming up in front of the cabin across the lake, and was still planning on going over to see them. Maybe that would reassure the group a little about this place being great.

βYou guys ready to go out on the boat?β Michael asked them all. Cody looked up at the house across the lake and was seized by an uneasy feeling he couldnβt quite explain. When everyone else seemed to fall silent, Cody said,
βSure, are we all going to fit in the boat?β
He had no real desire to visit the house (the thought was creeping him out), but he was always telling himself he needed to be more impulsive and headstrong, so he rose to his feet and prepared himself to meet their neighbours. Who knew, maybe it was another group just like theirs that could make the summer even more interesting than theyβd thought.

Shaking my head, I turned to head back inside. "I'm going to get another sweater out of my bag. I'm freezing. Be right back." And I headed inside, upstairs to the dorm room, where my bag sat on the bottom bunk of one of the beds closest to the window. I pulled out one of my thicker sweaters, and pulled it on over top of my other sweater. I was just pulling it down when the floor in the hall creaked, and I looked up, expecting to see someone there. But I didn't. It creeped me out, so I just hurried up and ran off downstairs, rejoining the others on the porch. Wordlessly, I shoved my hands into the front pocket, staring out across the lake at the new house in the fading sunset. Then finally, "Was anyone else upstairs just now?"

"You guys ready to go out on the boat?" Micheal asked. Stella grinned and shouted, "Heeeeeell yeah!"
Ryan smiled as well. "Are we going to that house?" he asked. Stella looked at him a her smile dropped. "Please don't tell me we're going there." she looked at Micheal.
"Just think that you should know, the last time Ryan didn't listen to me, we got in a subway accident in New York." she looked back at Ryan. "We almost died."
Ryan good mood pretty much disappeared then. They weren't suppose to talk about the "incident". Alot of bad stuff happened that day. Some stuff alittle to painful to remember.
Stella stood up as Aschilin came out of the house. She listened to his question and flattened out the skirt she was wearing. "Yeah."
she agreed with Ema. "You were alone up there."
Ryan shook his head as Ema seemed to be freaking out alittle. "Let's just go. I doubt we won't fit seeing that Micheal-" "Chicco is this freaking rich!" Stella cut him off.
Ryan smiled at his girl. It's good that she's having a good time. Latley she was just getting so quiet. So distant. And the Stella he was in love with was NOT quiet.
It seemed New York changed her so much...
Ryan looked into the lake water, now dark since it was night and shuttered. His grandmother told him that if someone died in the water, their ghost would be lost and would never find peace.
That was ridiculous, Ryan told himself. That superstition, Ryan could do without.

He went to the patio and picked up the small cooler he had prepared, filled with beers, even though he wouldn't get to have any since he was driving the boat. He grabbed the keys off the kitchen counter and locked the screen door, then headed to the dock where the pontoon was hooked up inside the boat garage. He lowered the boat and got in, starting it up. "All aboard!" he yelled, laughing at the sound of him saying such a stupid thing.
((:D glad everyone posted. Let's get this started again!))

She took the cooler from the edge of the boat, and placed it in between the seats so that it wouldn't tip over or spill on anyone. She took a quick peek inside and saw what was in there, quickly getting a little spark of excitement for the games that would come after they left the creepy house.

Ryan didn't care that they were visiting the house. It didn't matter that this was the basic plot for many horror movies.
A group of teens go out to have some fun and find a creepy house. He didn't even need to finish that scentence. He wrapped his arms around Stella's waist and she giggled.
"So Captain, when do we get this party started?" Stella asked.
Ryan smirked as he kissed Stella's neck. She let out a small, yet embarassing and unvoluntary moan. She blushed for a moment before she turned around and started kissing Ryan.
They forgot the others were watching and got alittle carried away with the making out.

And as a side note, I will play the killer. Last time I let someone else do it, everyone got really mad because of his innaccuracy, so, ya no more of that haha. But if anyone wants to play, say, the cops or a neighbor than go ahead.
