Setting
When the Highland Elves were stripped of their Forest Kingdom and watched as it burned, they seceded from the Empire after they were forced to bend the knee. They brought the Haumond Dwarves into the fray, by the cunning of Empress Kaeria, who offered them Dwarven Weapons that they said had been stolen by the Humans, when they had actually been off of Dwarven Patrols killed by Elven Soldiers. Together, the Elves and the Dwarves crushed the Tundra Elves and sent them underground. With their war won, and yet no Forest Kingdom, the beautiful people of the Elves traveled north to the Ethaerian Highlands, where they settled and began to restore an Elven Kingdom. Now, Emperor Mirihar knows of the feud between Haejar and Eiressa, but like everyone else in Ethaeri, does not know of her transformation. He has locked down the Highlands and does not allow access to his lands, especially to Humans. There are blockades around every access known by the Elves, and a fee must be paid or no access.
